Terms Of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before enrolling in the services offered by Diaspora Nutrition. By purchasing or accessing the IND➞USA Healthy Swap Directory or enrolling for 1on1 Nutrition Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Introduction

Purchase: All payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Access: Upon successful payment, you become a member of the Diaspora Nutrition and will receive an email with a link to access the Diaspora Nutrition Portal.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change service fees at any time; fees applicable at checkout are final.

1. Enrollment & Payments

You may cancel your enrollment in the Course within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not unlocked the access to the IND➞USA Healthy Swap Directory content during your onboarding process inside the Diaspora Nutrition Portal. To initiate a cancellation and refund request, please email us at “info@diasporanutrition.com” with your name, registered email address, and reason for cancellation.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with these conditions or appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
After 24 hours, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All the IND➞USA Healthy Swap Directory and 1on1 Nutrition Care materials—videos, text, graphics, exercises, and downloads—are our copyrighted work.

You may access and use them for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may NOT reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

When using the Diaspora Nutrition Portal and it's services or any related community features, you agree to: Respect other participants.

Not upload or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Comply with all applicable laws.

4. Your Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Diaspora Nutrition Portal at our discretion, including if you breach these Terms.

5. Termination

No Guarantees: While we aim to help you achieve your goals, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. The service provided inside the Diaspora Nutrition is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical treatment.

As-Is: The Directory, and Care is provided “as-is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Governing Law

We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll post any changes on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued membership after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
